This is a second quality piece; the ponitl was broken off.

This rondel is slightly out of round.  Approximately 13 1/2" across at narrowest part and 14" across at widest.
 
All of the items at Kokomo Opalescent Glass are handmade with pride in Indiana, USA.
 
The surface of the rondel is very smooth, however they do have a sharp pontil and should be handled with care.
