SHIPPING & RETURNS
In the event your glass arrives broken, take photos of the box and the broken glass and send them to email@example.com. Let us know how many of each color and texture are broken. We cover the cost of replacing the glass and new shipping. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of ship date.
Any glass over 20” must be sent in a crate. There is a higher rate of breakage in standard boxes when items exceed this dimension; we have made this change in order to better serve you. There is a minimum $75 crate fee in addition to shipping. This includes anything up to 32”x16”, any larger must be sent via freight.
Any glass larger than 32”x16” must be shipped via freight. Freight shipments include a $75-105 crate fee and a $15 skid charge in addition to shipping. Freight shipments vary depending on size, weight, and destination, and will be quoted when the purchase has been processed.
