SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipping occurs Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Occasionally we experience high order volume, which can delay order processing by 2 to 3 business days. You are welcome to call us at 765-457-1829 Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm to enquire about expected shipment times.
If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you by phone and/or email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Not all shipping options are available for all products
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We are only able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses if Priority Mail or First Class Mail is selected as the shipping option during checkout.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Kokomo Opalescent Glass Co. is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping to most countries outside of the United States, except where legally prohibited.
We take great care to carefully package each item so that it arrives intact. Kokomo Opalescent Glass Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
In the event your glass arrives broken, take photos of the box and the broken glass and send them to email@example.com. Let us know how many of each color and texture are broken. We cover the cost of replacing the glass and new shipping.
Returns are only accepted due to defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that this applies to you, please contact us, call 765-457-1829 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. DO NOT SEND ANY ITEM BACK WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
All products made by Kokomo Opalescent Glass Co. are made by hand, therefore variances occur. These variances are a normal part of the art glass manufacturing process and they are not considered defects:
• Subtle differences in color may occur from one batch to the next.
• Glass may contain bubbles and wrinkles.
• Sizes listed are approximate.
(We do our best to assure our glass is the listed size, but it could be cut under or over the listed size. Standard size variances range from ¼" under to ¾" over, which can create issues if glass needs to be directly installed or if you have a specific needs. Please let us know in the order notes if you need exact sizes. We are more than happy to cut to your specifications.)
Our products are not manufactured to any engineering or safety standard, nor do we warranty them for any usability or merchantability.
If we receive a return of an item and find there are no defects in materials and workmanship, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Under no circumstances is the shipping fee refunded.
Once a returned item reaches us, a determination is made and a refund is issued usually within two business days. Refunds can take 2 to 3 weeks to complete depending upon the payment processor.

Any glass over 20” must be sent in a crate. There is a higher rate of breakage in standard boxes when items exceed this dimension; we have made this change in order to better serve you. There is a $35 crate fee in addition to shipping. This includes anything up to 32”x16”, any larger must be sent via freight.
Any glass larger than 32”x16” must be shipped via freight. Freight shipments include a $35-$65 crate fee and a $5 skid charge in addition to shipping. Freight shipments vary depending on size, weight, and destination, and will be quoted when the purchase has been processed.
