By placing your online order we will begin processing your order within one business day. If something you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and make arrangements directly with you to get what you need. Sales tax is not collected on purchases made outside of the state of Indiana. Indiana customers will have 7% sales tax collected as required by state law.
BREAKAGE & DAMAGE
We work very hard to pack your purchases so that they arrive in perfect condition. In the event your glass arrive broken, take a picture of the box and the broken glass and send picture to email@example.com. Let us know how many of each color and texture are broken. We cover the cost of replacing the glass and new shipping. A refund or credit is available if you don’t wish to reorder. For more information on our shipping policies consult Shipping & Returns.
CUSTOM GLASS CUTTING
We will gladly custom cut glass to your specifications. Custom cutting is available in straight cuts, circles, or other shapes. For more information and quotes:
