The Shaka gesture, sometimes called "Hang Loose," is commonly associated with Hawaii and surf culture.  Traditionally it symbolizes reverence, solidarity, compassion and friendship; it is used as a sign of respect and mutual understanding for the recipient. 

Approximately 6" across by 3 3/4" tall. Assorted colors.
